ive been called ugly so much and its killing my self esteem....do they always mean it? am i actually as ugly as i feel?

You are at the age where you may not feel attractive. I am here to tell you that you are beautiful. OMG. Not even close to ugly!!!
Your eyes are so blue, it's amazing and your hair is flawless! What a cutie-pie!
Once thing I have learned is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. and boys that call you ugly are cruel and stupid. Seriously, right now is a good time to realise that what they say doesn't matter. As long as you know how beautiful you are, inside and out.
At your age, boys sometimes do that when they like you... they are generally jerks.
Ignore them and hold your head high--cutie-pie!

Trust me, you are very pretty indeed.
Guys know damn well that calling a girl 'ugly' or other hurtful names will make her feel vulnerable and insecure. For some guys it's like a power trip, knowing they can toil with a girls emotions so easily, it actually makes them feel superior knowing they have so much control over a girl's feelings. They often don't realise the long term emotional damage they may be doing and the ones who do are just bullies.
You have to ignore it, find a good comeback or just laugh it off. Don't let them see you are bothered by their comments and then they won't get anything out of it and will stop doing it.
Please understand that it has nothing to do with how you look, it's about making you feel bad to make themselves feel better. They are low in self esteem and are trying to inflate their own fragile egos by deflating yours. Because you are low in self esteem, you are an easy target. Don't let them get to you, they aren't worth your precious time.

ur not ugly guys will hit on you 1 day and call u ugly the next guys really do have a low self esteem but dont listen to them ur pretty and dont let no one tell u and dif i go through the same thing but lots of guys like me and some dont thas just how it is cant expect every guy to like u hon

You are definately not ugly. Anyone wh sys that is either jealous or threatened by you. Shrug it off and know only you have the power to feel a certain way - nobody can make you "feel" anything.

sometimes guys just say that to cover up the fact that the like you. well, when i was in the seventh grade, a kid said i was ugly and ten minutes later, we went out! it was weird but im sure hoever it was didnt mean it. and it has been 5 years and i am still with him til this day!!
