Hi there, my mom had the same problem, well kind of, she had her two small toes that were turned inward at a severe angle. She now gets pedicures and her nails done once every two weeks. She found a very good place, and goes to the same person each time. She told the lady about her toes, and what her concerns were, and the lady told her that there were no problems and she would be able to work around them. She was able to work out a system to where she could paint the nails, and trim the toes, maybe not to look all pretty like the other ones, but they were painted and trimmed. So my advice is to go to a small place (not one where you can walk right into)...it may cost a bit more, but it would be worth it, and find someone that you know would be able to work with you and your toes. Don't talk to them on the phone about it, actually go into the salon, and let them see what they would be working with, and let them decide if they can handle it and let them tell you what they could do. If you and they think it is a done deal, then stick with that person. =) Don't hop around to different nail technicians. Good luck, and I hope this has helped you.
PS-they can't fix your disfigured toes, but they will probably be able to do a pedicure for you. =)

I have the PERFECT solution for you. Please go check out this website and see this wonderful product called Wilde Pedique! http://www.lcnuk.com/foot/pedique.asp. CAUTION THE PAGE BRINGS UP A POPUP BOX THAT YOU MUST CLOSE TO READ THE INFORMATION!

I had the same problem, a piano bench fell on my big toe and permanently ruined my nail. Someone told me about Wilde Pedique cosmetics (also called Light Concept Nails or LCN) They have a toenail "restoration" product that is JUST WONDERFUL. They can fully reconstruct your toenail (even if you've got the WORST fungal infection ever) to make it look perfectly normal. The product "bends" with your natural nail and lasts quite a long time. It is more flexible and includes a natural antifungal agent in the product as compared to acrylic nails. I would NEVER PUT AN ACRYLIC product on my toenail, you are asking for toenail bed fungus and breaking/cracking of your nail plate. The procedure called "PEDIQUE" is more costly (about $100 pays for all for my 10 toes including the major restoration my big toe needs) but WELL WORTH the money. You may have trouble finding a nail salon that does pedique near you, but you can contact LCN directly and they have a LIST of nail salons which perform the services. If you call them, they can tell you what salons (and even the person's name) that can perform Pedique services in your area. Pedique is a lifesaver, and to me... I would NEVER wear open toed shoes without it. Good Luck.

PEDIQUE website (for Light Concept Nails or LCN) for the USA is: LCN USA
410 Prospect Street, East Hartford, CT 06108
Phone: (860) 528-7477 | Toll Free: (800) 86-NAILS | Fax: (860) 528-0842 | Email: info@lcnusa.com

BE careful to use THAT number because there a number of LCN offices in Canada, England, and Germany.

A pedicure normally involves only cosmetic treatment - such as nail polish and removing a callus. If you suffered severe trauma you should see a podiatrist. If your toenails are the only damage, a dark polish will hide the look.

There are many pedicures where u could go to. They or yourself could file the toe and then it won't look deformed. Then get a pedicure and show off your feet to everyone.

let them heal before you get a pedicure. wear closed toe shoes. the nail places sometimes have dirty tools. you wouldent want your sore to get infected. good luck(:

Severely damaged toes, I don't think they fix that. I know they don't fix that.
