Well, lipstick is really bad for your lips..... Chapstick and a clear gloss look best on most people. But if you really want to wear a lipstick, get Almay...they have a new stick out that has good moisture. Then apply a gloss. Clear gloss looks best. Or, a cheaper alternative is to get a lip pencil and color in your whole lip, and then apply the gloss over top. If you want to experiment with colored glosses, get cheaper brand like NYC first then if you find one that really looks good, you can buy it in a better brand name. Oh, and for color.....a rosy pink or strawberry looks best on fair complexions. Good Luck!

Well lipstick can either be matte or really shiny. I usually use either lipstick or lipgloss depending what look i'm going for... I don't like to overdo things. For your coloring I suggest natural pink colors, nothing too garish. Lipgloss is wet so you can't put lipstick over or it gets really messy. Skip the lip liner, it looks very tacky and slutty (especially if not done right).

Many lipsticks exist now that are a combo of lipstick and lipgloss... like Dior Ultrashine and Guerlain Kiss Kiss... you can find both on sephora.com.

I like Loreal 15 hour color for lips. Put the lipstick end on first. Wait one min to dry. Then add the glossy portion on the other end of the tube. It stays on all day! LOVE IT. For reddish brown hair and pale skin I would use a "mauve raisen" color. Sort of a light colored wine. Pink would clash...red would be too much and pales would be too light..unless during the day for work.

you should use a light pink color and you should put on lip liner first so it will be like a guideline then put on some nice lipstick with a clear coating of lig gloss to give it a nice shine***

1st: Put on CHAPSTICK, because your lipstick and gloss can dry your lips really badly.
2nd: Put on your lipliner so you will no that you're not putting anything on the top of your lip or chin.(like coloring :-).
3rd:add your lip stick and then gloss.
4th: U R HOOOTTT!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely lip stick first, but just find something that has both.

Lip liner makes your lips look larger, if you want to do that (but it shouldnt be really that noticeable)

lipstick then lipgloss

do light colors for your pale skin. an example is pink (keep it light) with clear or if you want to jazz it up do a sparkly clear
