My hair is long and straight. Not fine just very soft and silky. I want to curl it but it never holds very long? Is there any tricks or good hair products like rollers or things that I can use to get it to stay all day.. Just not wanting to get a perm. It is bad for the hair. Please all advice is needed. Thanks

It's their own choice but why are celebrities so thin these days? Some of my favourite celebrities have shrunk to a tiny size zero and doesn't that make you feel sad that they are role models to other people? No role-model should set out the example to be stick thin because it can lead to really dangerouse stuff. Some people feel really pressured to look like their role-models sometimes.

My husband always buys Donald Trump ties. he loves them because they are a heavy, solid tie. A few weeks ago, however, he discovered that the back of his tie on the skinny end, the stitching had come undone and they had not hemmed the inside of the tie, so the material is not at all seamed. I went around looking for another brand of tie that doesn't have this problem, but it seems like they all were sewn up in back by hand by a bunch of middle-schoolers.... is there a tie out there that can withold evey day wear and tear better than a pair of nylons? (and no, we don't wash them.. when we do wash them they are drycleaned)

I have oily skin, and I have giant pores. I have black heads all around my nose and they are Deep in there. I pop them a little each day until they rise up. Some places are hard to reach. I was wondering if there is anything I can buy at a drugstore, or a home rem, that can help with my oily skin, huge pores, and black heads? Also, any kind of mask to tighten my skin from home. Anything please. Thanks.

I'm sorry, I don't even remember what it is called. I have a wedding to go to on Saturday, and I live in the South Florida area, I found the perfect dress but I need to be a little trimmer. I know a fast one day thing is to use the thing that you wrap around your belly, tighten it up, and it kind of holds it in. Nobody believes me! Toilet paper in Britain used to be waxed on one side like the stuff you use to line baking trays. It was completely unabsorbent and just spread the stuff all over your bottom.

I went to America recently and was reminded of it when an American asked if we still used it in Britain.

Where can I get some? I am feeling nostalgic and would also like to find one of those big red bars of carbolic soap which I could use to dissolve the dead skin on my feat.
