I have fair skin and I have used the lotions with a little bit of self tanners included. I like those and they don't give an orange look. Jergens is the one that I have used, just remember to wash your hands to prevent you palms from looking tan. Good luck.

I am very fair complected so i dont even try laying out very much. All i do is get really red and then really white again. So I go lay in the tanning bed a couple days a week...but not too much. I tried some self tanners that rub on...none of them really work...they all look orange or go away very quickly.

Sally Hanson makes a spray that works really well. It comes in several different shades- very fair to very dark. It evens out the color of your skin. You'll have 'killer' legs! Make sure that you follow the directions- don't spray it directly on your skin. Spray it on your hand then apply it to your skin. It doesn't rub off too much or stain your clothes. It does wash off with soap and water.
