I havent, but see this:
B-Sure
The Port of Rotterdam and the cities of Rotterdam, Colchester, Bremen, Hamburg, Emden, Vlaardingen, Aalborg and SEV-realisatie Rotterdam, formed a partnership to start the “B-SURE project”.
The B-sure project was set up to come to a co-operative international effort aimed at improvement of the quality of life in the town-harbour zones. The aim of the B-SURE project is to find out in what way small investments (so called "Pin Point Initiatives (PPI)") can be used optimally to improve the quality of public spaces in neighbourhoods along rivers and canals. Spatial elements such as water and cultural heritage play an important role in the development and identity of these places.
The partners submitted an application for funding to the INTERREG IIIB-programme North Sea Programme. On May 11th 2004 the European commission, Interreg Secretariat approved the application.
Interreg
The Interreg III programmes are a European Community Initiative to stimulate transnational cooperation in the EU between 2000 and 2006. Interreg IIIB programmes cover larger transnational areas and the North Sea Region comprises areas of Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, The Flemish Region of Belgium and the UK.
Hope you got something out of it!
