She is a natural beauty already but to bring out her wonderful
features I would do as follows:
1. I would put some 2 tone highlights in her hair
2. I would cut her hair into long layers
3. I would add mascara and JUST bottom eyeliner
4. I would put a light pink blush on each cheek
5. A shiny pink lip gloss for the lips
6. I would put earthy tones for the eye shadow
7. I would use a very bare powder on skin (such as bare minerals)
8. I would comb through the eyebrows to give the appearance of thicker eyebrows and maybe add a little brown eyeliner into the
eyebrows
Hope it helps!
(not like she needs any shes gorgeous!)

great skin tone, and beautiful hair. bring the eyes out with some brighter colors. make sure when you use eyeliner that you do not line the entire eye all the way around. this will make your eyes appear smaller, which you don't want to do. pinks, mauves, and purples are good for eye make-up for you. you need some layers in the hair to accentuate your face shape. face framing would look great with longer layers through the rest of it. freshen up the highlights, and possibly add a lowlight. also switch up your part. your middle part is not as flattering as maybe a diagonal side part would be. your complexion is great. you could get away with not using any foundation, and instead just use some powder.

So much potential!!
Hair: needs layers, but keep the length. It will look thicker and more stylish
Eyes: never line the bottom lashes, just the top. It will make eyes pop and look larger. Use smudge proof mascara. Easy on the lower lashes.
Skin: foundation to even skin. Make sure it's not darker than skin tone. (The neck should match)
Lips: line and fill with subtle color (nude clors are best)

first i would lighten the hair only a few shades and make the color more equal, second i would work on her eyebrows, mostly people forget about them, there too thin for mroe modern style so i would get a brow gel and comb them up to make them look fuller. Second with the lighten hair color I wouldn't cut the hair I would tasel it meaning naturally wavy hair is in. The makeup wise just some pink gloss and black eyeliner in the cat-look with black mascara, not too much.

I'll change her hair color to a mahogany with light brown highlights and a face framing layered cut. Keep the make- up natural (use matte no foundation skin is pretty clear) with a light shimmery brown on eyes and one coat of mascara. Fill in eyebrows with brown pencil. Lips would be dewy pink.

i would use lip liner that matches ur natural lip color or that is close, outline upperlip along the outside of the line, not too dark & not too obviously, to make upper lip appear larger. Ouline bottom lip, color a bit inside...blend with fingertip and apply a clear gloss.
Pretty eyes..use a good mascara and an eyelash curler..
If u want to use eyeliner, i would line the top and bottom lids only 1/3 of the way from the outside in (fading as you go in). this will make eyes look bigger.

She is pretty already so she really doesn't have to do much. She would look cute with her hair parted on the side, layer her hair and have some whispy bangs(not thick ones) maybe some highlights in her hair to bring out her features more. A little black mascara, pinkish blush and lip gloss.

firstly cut quite a bit of the hair and colour more flashy highlights that could bring out her eyes.
as for make up simple lipgloss and light tones on the eyes ie : violet, turquoise light pink ...etc and a few layer of mascara
She is very pretty doesnt need much
