I have been using it for years, Now they have totally changed the formula, my skin is now tight, and blotchy. I complained and the company said try the 'sensitive' one , I did, but its just no good .Can anyone suggest an alternative moisturiser with built in SPF sunskreen that isnt too expensive.Thank you.

My little cousin is 11. She wants me to tell her what to wear, how to do her makeup & do her hair for her class V-day Party. At school of course/ They can't wear skirts above the knees. Or hats. they have a really kinda strict dress code, and it's kind of cold where she lives.Help?
