Hmm this is a tough one. I think it all depends on the person but you just have to tell yourself that you are amazing lol. Hang around with people that also make you feel confident and not those stupid friends that demean you because of jealousy. Good Luck!

This is a hard question without the proper information being provided. What are you insecure about? Is it your looks, your body, your abilities... or just the total package.

There are lots different ways and different steps for full confidence. It strongly depends on what your issues are.

I will say this, I had confidence issues years back. I beleive the way I got over it was just talking to people who had the same insecurities as me and realizing that I'm not even close to the only one that has problems or felt that way.

I'm going to assume that you are talking about being confident about your looks so here's my advice on that.

You are going to have to find something about yourself to be proud of. Think of what your very best feature is and play that up. Whatever you think your worst feature or flaw is then play that down. For instance, if you feel like your boobs are too small but you have great legs then wear things that will show off those long, lean, sexy legs and distract attention from what you think is small boobs. If done right you will begin to receive compliments on those fab features you are playing up and you will start to walk with a totally different swagger. You can look into ordering Cosmo Magazine or just visiting their website. I love Cosmo..they have great tips on fashion and makeup.

However, I must advise that there can be a down side if done wrong. If you start to thrive on other peoples compliments then you've only accomplished temporary confidence. You have be able to look in the mirror and say damn i'm hot. You need to be able and take the compliments given to you and begin to see the beauty that other people see in you.

Also, remember that everyone whether they want to admit it or not have things about themselves they dont like. That is on the inside or on the outside. The only difference is that they dont let their flaws rule them. Dont let your flaws rule you. The first step to not letting your flaws rule you is to not be scared to look like an idiot sometimes. If you are not scared to let loose and look like a fool sometimes then you're confident that no matter what you are you and other people can like or love it.

I know what you mean. I have struggled with this SO many times. But really when it comes down to it. I can't really tell you how to gain confidence because everyone is different so I imagine that the form in which you gain confidence will be different. For me, it just came to a point of accepting myself. Not comparing myself to other people and trying to work in my own way. You are a unique person and you should be proud of it.

Dont enable a foul adventure get you down for an prolonged time, %. your self up and keep shifting forward. the only individual which could get you out of this rut is your self guy :P keep an excellent outlook on existence, it's going to ultimately enhance on ya lol. Its o.k. to grieve for somewhat, that's portion of the traditional healing technique, merely dont enable it get the better of you. bypass obtainable and meet some actual women who've a heart once you're waiting :)

First Never compare yourself to others. And Remember You're YOU, there's never going to be another you, you're unique! Then make a list, list all the wonderful things you like about yourself and other people like about you. Only Positive things.! Keep this list with you at all times. Whenever you start to doubt yourself or think negative about yourself pull out your list and read it over and over until the negative thoughts go away!

You have to plan ahead and think ahead, and be able to SILENTLY SAY IN YOUR MIND, when you get nervous
"I AM HERE, AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT". That puts you on an even playing field in the crowd, in your own mind.
