My friend Brittney has this dress I hate but she wore it to dance class anyway and my mom saw it and she loved it!! and guess what, she got the same dress for me and wants me to where it at school on monday and my other friends saw it on Brittney and laughed really loud to make everyone see her dress and laughed to

Make it look good.
Remember: it isn't what you wear, it's how you wear it.
Since it is floral, with ruffled sleeves, if you decided you wear it, wear a chunky belt, or hard looking accesories. Maybe you could make it look western with a big leather belt and cowboy boots, if you like that look. Or just add a big chunky belt and big mod looking earrings.
Good luck, I hope things turn out okay, I don't think it will be that bad.

don't be so shallow. It was wrong of your friendsto laugh at this person you call your "friend". Why don't you wear a shirt over the top so it looks like a skirt. accessorise so it takes the focus away from the skrit... or just tell your mum that while you appreciate her buying things for you, that you don't really like this dress.

just wear it! it's not going to kill you to wear the dress and it doesn't seem that bad. You seem like a bad friend to laugh at Brittney something or another just because of what she's wearing. that's so shallow and overrated.

first thought: dont wear it....
second thought: who cares what u wear....
i would be embarrased for a little while and be like WHAT ARE U LOOKING AT? my mom bought me this dress... and i hate it but i am wearing it
unless u hate it that bad... wear it to school, if u ride the bus, let ur mom drop u off... be like i want to save the "awe" for the school... take it off at school bring other clothes... in backpack... dress in clothes before school and then after school go to someones house and put on the dress and wear it to ur house and be like "everyone hated it and laughed at me" and cry a little....
that way u get to be free from the dress and free from everyone laughing at u.....

ok i've ben in this situation plenty of times before...what u do is act like u like the dress and "accidently" lose it. Apologize to ur mom 4 losing it then it shuld be al over. If she still trys to make u wear it....just tell her don't like it and its hideous...
