I get my nails doneat a nail salon, and on the price list on the wall one of the options is Pink & Whites. I asked around but haven't been given an actual answer to what this means. And is it better than using regular acrylic?

I have acne all over my back, and i want to know a good way to get rid of it, as bikini season is coming up. However please don't put scrub your back really hard or something like that, because i tried it and i all had was very red skin. Also i have moles on my back and i can't do anything that might irritate them. Also please don't post, ew that's discusting or something like that, because that's not helpful.

I've recently been getting my nails done, and I want to stop because I don't want to keep spending the money even though I love having them done. I want to get them off, but I don't want to go to the salon because when I did it hurt so bad, and I had bruises on my nails. So how do I get Fiber glass nails off myself without it hurting so much????

A lot of people go on and on about how attractive tall men are to women, but most women tell me I'm too tall for them. This is especially daunting to me because I find petite women most attractive. Do you think a 6'3'' guy is too tall?

I see pictures from the 60's and women didnt shave yet.
What was going on in the social or historical context of the time, when women began doing this? What was the movemnt or what happened to cause this to become the new standard?
(ie, akin to use of the pill during the womens liberation movement)
Why exactly are women looked at as nasty or unattractive if they DONT do this? .... I dont unerstand this! :)

I have tried many brands and used the layering method along with buying the Eau de Parfum to acheive the higher oil content, however, it still doesnt last on me. I know that some Fragrances have longer/stronger staying power. Can anyone recommend a brand?

I've been trying to get my contacts in my eyes for.. almost years now. Of course, I've given up and come back to it. I have my heart set on it. However, it never gets easier for me. Everytime I take over an hour trying to get them in I burst into tears.

The first time I blink, which is normal for everyone I'd guess. The next few tries I hold my eyelids so I won't blink but still no results. By the end of my doctor's visits and attempts my eyes end up bruised from all the holding down. The one time we actually got them in is when the optometrist put me in a headlock with my consent since I had my heart set on it. But getting them out was just as hard for me as puting them in. I had to lay in bed while my sister held my eyelids and my mother took them out.. this is how much of a struggle it is for me.

I have a great sense of personality but for some reason I don't really have too many girls asking me to any dances or getting to really know me better. Maybe it's how I look I don't know. Could you please help me by rating me on a scale of 1-10 and be honest please!. I really appreciate it Thankyou! I am anything but a shallow person but their are plenty people in my high school that are I just wanted to tell you.

I prefer for the zips on bags to open from front to back so that the people behind you in line do not see the contents of your bag first. With the way zippered handbags are made-so-that-the- attractive side is away from the body, this works for the right side of the body but not the left side of the body. Of course if the bag had double pull zippers then the bag could be worn on either side of the body. (By the way, I'm right-handed and wear my handbag on the left side.) Thanks!

I used to love history class, but now I hate it. My history teacher started teaching at my school this year. I'm in grade 10, and am learning about Canadian history. At first, I thought my history teacher's way of teaching was very refreshing; he pointed out to us biases in history around us, like our textbooks, and told us how the way history is taught to us can affect us. I found this really interesting, and looked forward to going to class. We started doing treaties and even then I could feel like my history teacher was starting to dislike me. He taught us treaties, but he forced his opinion on us. I'm not trying to sound racist or anything, but he kept saying how natvies had been completely racially destroyed . Now, I agree with him, but I like to hear both sides of the story,so I questioned him a couple times and he just said “I disagree" and brushed me off. I feel like if I don't regurgitate his views, he'll hate me even more. Can racism go both ways? What should I do?
