I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://acnehomesolution.com that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

ok i know this is gross but it's called urine therapy. If you're really desperate and have tried everything else and you've seen a dermatologist and all that and nothing has worked..try this. It works with your own bodys natural antibodies.

Do this at bed time so you can shower in the morning.

Make sure you skin is clean and dry. Urinate in a disposable cup or bowl , use a wash cloth and dab the urine on the acne areas and allow to dry on the skin before you put on your night clothes. Wear loose clothes so your skin can breath.

When you get up shower as usual and repeat again daily at bed time till desired results are achieved. You should start seeing results within a week ot two.

My best friend had awful acne in high school and did this and it worked really well.

There are some kinds of acne treatment you can use...and some that just dont work. For my face, I use Clearasil blackhead clearing scrub and the Clearasil Blackead clearing astrogent. For my back, my mom wipes my back down with clearasil acne pads 3 times a day if my acne is really bad. I would recommend using that, or any kind of acne body wash with a squeege. It really works. I hope this helps and good luck!!!

You can use the same cleanser that you use on your face as your back. You need to use a cleanser that contains alpha hydroxy to help exfoliate your skin better. You have lots of clogged pores. You can also go to a beauty school and have an acne treatment on your back. Ask them to do high frequency (arcing) on you this. This kills the bacteria in the pore causing the blemish.
