I head that pregnant cannot anyhow apply face cream or lotion, if not might hurt the baby.. Is that true?? What are the things that contain inside face cream or facial cream or whitening cream or ect cannot use in pregnant woman?

Hi-
Depending on the cream there can be chemicals that react bad with the hormones you are producing due to being pregnant. I would ask your OBGYN. Does the product say not to use if you are pregnant or nursing? Also you can call any Walgreen’s pharmacy and ask the pharmacist about the product. I used them all the time when I had a question during my pregnancies. Hope this helps. Although I used lotion when I was pregnant no one ever told me not to.

Yes, pregnant woman are supposed to avoid certain skin care ingredients. You are supposed to avoid hydroxy products. salicylic acid (a derivative of aspirin), retin-a products. Ask your doctor, they can tell you if there are more.
