i hate my eyebrows
and my friend suggested i get them waxxed
how much does it cost?
and could i get it done at like a haircutting place?
or a nails place?

DO NOT GO TO A NAIL PLACE. They are not usually licensed or trained to do eyebrows. Yes to a hair place but preferably a day spa because aestheticians are the ones who are the most trained to do brows. Find someone who has nice brows and ask them who does theirs, this is a great way to find someone to do yours. It usually costs any where from $15.- $30. depending on where you go. Find someone good for the the first time, once you have a good shape and style, you can maintain it by tweezing yourself.

Waxing really doesn't cost that much (three to five dollars a time??? somewhere around that) but you're going to have to get them waxed every week if you want to maintain your eyebrows. Don't listen to the salon people: some of them say that you only need to come once a month. That's only the case if you want your eyebrows to grow back to the way they were before you got them waxed!!!!! If you want to maintain, as I said before, a trip is required once or maybe even twice a week. (depends on the growth rate of your hair). Yes, at most haircutting places they also have a little waxing station in the back. To get a more fancy wax (which is also more expensive) you can go to a spa.

It should cost no more than $20. You can get it done at most hair and nail places-- definitely all salons will be able to do it. It doesn't really hurt, but if you're squeamish with pain, you might also look into threading-- most salons will have that too. It's only a little more expensive and hurts much less.

Call a day spa or a salon near you and find out what services they offer. You might also want to see if any of the salons near you have a website that list their services. Some places will charge $5-15 for eye brow waxing.

I get it done at a hair place and it costs me ten dollars and it's so worth it. It really doesn't hurt. Well it does for a little bit but just a second and it's worth the pain. It can make you look so much better too with out some crazy brows. :) Good Luck!

Usually waxes cost anywhere between $5 to $8 dollars, and I would recommend going to a salon to have it done.

Personally I prefer threading, it hurts but beauty is painful! Waxing is not expensive it can range from $10 to ?. Yes you can get your eyebrows done at a salon or barber shop. Trust and believe, if the person doing your eyebrows has there on jacked up eyebrows I wouldnt trust them. Be specific too, if you want them to remain full but with arch, or thin with arch, tell the heffa. She messing with your beautiful face and she better not mess you up. Its also your hard earned money!

Not expensive at all, like $15 or less, including tax and tip. I get them done at a nail place, because I get my nails done, and they do a wonderful job.
