It depends on the guy.
Personally, I love it when guys have their nostrils pierced (with tiny studs in) and belly button rings. It takes an extraordinarily confident man to pull off a piercing as feminine as those!

Anyone who pierces or tattoos is a moron. Males with earrings are pathetic wimps hiding behnd David Beckham etc and are probably closet gays. Real males are like Davy Crockett- King of the wild frontier.
