My little cousin is 11. She wants me to tell her what to wear, how to do her makeup & do her hair for her class V-day Party. At school of course/ They can't wear skirts above the knees. Or hats. they have a really kinda strict dress code, and it's kind of cold where she lives.Help?

She would probably look cute in some cute jeans, snow boots, and a cute sweater. She could wear her hair down and put a matching headband in it. As for the makeup for an 11 year old I would suggest maybe a washable mascara and lipgloss. That would be cute and not too overdone.

nicely its valentines day gurl! gown it up, positioned on like a skirt with a lace blouse (probable purple??) and you will do ur hair like in a gasp, no longer common like a pony tail yet somwthing diffrent, and residences or heels if ya choose. wish thats helpd somewhat?

have her wear khaki pants and a pink shirt or sweater. Then if she wants to jazz up her hair she can put heart clips in hair...ooh! paint her nails pink with red hearts on them, that would look nice.
