help me guys.. how can i get rid of this...

First of all, make sure you get a trim every 6 wks to keep the strands from splitting. If you style your hair using heated tools, apply a hair strengthening cream w/ ceramides. I suggest l'oreal technique natures therapy heat control protection cream. Also, use a hair mask every once in a while. You can buy it at a drugstore or make your own. Go to makeyourcosmetics.com for recipes. Use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. They shouldn't over clean and strip your hair of it's natural oils. Don't wash your hair everyday to keep your natural oils as well. Ylang-Ylang oil also helps. You can try lush godiva shampoo and conditioning bar. Another oil is jojoba oil. Use jason natural jojoba shampoo and conditioner. Also, if you go out in the sun, spray on a hair heat protection spray, as heat can dry up your hair

uU DONT HAVE 2 CUT UR HAIR jus trim the dead ends and keep doing so every once in a while.if u go 2 a stylist or some1 who noes what theyre doing then theyll tell u wen u need 2 trim it again

You can get your hair cut. Or just trim it. But there is also products and stuff you can put inyour hair. But then again i'm a girl and not a guy.

get a haircut, just ask for a trim. you can't heal the split ends, but you can get rid of them.

you need a hair cut.or take the clippers with a 3 attachment and take it to a inch and a half you need to change shampoos and conditioners monthly .to keep hair nice and bouncy.the best shampoo though
especially to prevent baldness etc is tretey by mastey

cut it urself, but only cut a tiny tiny bit, and when it is wet, it weighs it all down so u no the exact lenger, plus its easier to smooth out, or get a trim @ the hairdressers

Hair cut is the ONLY way. You could put a bunch of gunk on your hair but all that does is hide it
