Makeup - May 2007

I like color but find when I put color on my eyes it doesn't look so hot...my eyes are green so what would be the best color for eyeshadows? I use browns and neutrals all the time but I want some color in my life if it will look good!

I have a benign tumor and some scar tissue from previous surgeries there that make it look droopy. I have a wedding July 14th and want to know how to maybe make it look less droopy that day. Is there a way I can use tape to pull it up or do make up to make it look good? Other than camera angles and the profile pics done on the other side I dont know what to do! My engagement pictures made me cry and I dont want my wedding pictures to do the same! (if you need pics let me know and I can provide. )

I have very fair skin (too light for almost all fair foundations I've tried) and I want to do something about always looking pale. My face and lips have very little natural color. I try using different eyeshadows, liners, and blushes...but it either doesn't show up at all or it looks too obvious. Any product with decent pigmentation just stands out too much. I've had some success with blushes recently, but my eyes are the real trouble. Any suggestions about how to wear eye color that will give me some pop but not look too crazy on pale skin?

I've just bought a new one, L'oreal Telescopic (the one with penelope cruz on the ad) & it's ok but it's not my favourite, I think my favourite would have to be Maxfactor Max, (the black one not the gold one). But I'm always looking for new ones!...so if you could reccommend your favourite...?

It's so hot outside and I have alot of outdoor events to go to. I need suggestions for a good foundation that will stand the heat and a bit of sweat (yuck, these TX summer days are a killer). Anyone have any ideas? Something at the drug stores or a place like Target is preffered since I hate going to the mall.

If I put thin liquid or pencil liner under my eye, instead of accentuating my eyes, it seems to accentuate the bags under my eyes! Am I just paranoid? I use concealer on the dark circles, but the liner just seems to drag my eyes down and make me look droopy or tired or something. I have very large eyes and would like to do more with them. Does anyone have the same problem?

waterproof makeup products does not help
loose powder does not help
am wondering if there are any products that can reduce the oil
the only eyeliner i use before that can withstand my super oily eyelid is only maybelline waterproof eyeliner, but it has changed the packaging and the new one doesn't work for me anymore
