Well, the first step of course is taking care of your skin both internally and externally. Watch what you eat (include plenty of fruits in your diet, they do wonders for your skin) and use products to cleanse and moisturize according to your skin type.
Secondly, very few people are blessed with that truly natural glow, so for the rest of us, the make-up industry has come up with plenty of products to help enhance your skin tone and give you that look of health and vitality.
If you're on a budget, worry not. You can step right into your local drugstore and purchase "SkinLights" by Revlon. This is a creamy liquid that comes in various shades and can be used to highlight any part of your face.
If you're willing to experiment with products that cost a little more, drop by your local Sephora or visit their website online and check out the following products:
* "Liquid Light" by Too Faced - a white highlighter that makes your skin glow whereever it is applied.
* "Pink Leopard Bronzer" by Too Faced - I don't consider this product a bronzer, really, it's more of a highlighter. It is irridescent and if applied correctly can make you "glow naturally".
You can also purchase a golden eyeshadow and use that as a highlighter instead.
Parts of the face which you want to highlight for that "glow" are: brow bone, the bridge of your nose, cheek bones, and just a liiitle bit on your chin.
Good luck!

My Dear Cranky,
I should like to recommend my book, just published, called"Everything You Need To Know About Celebrities and There Beauty Secrets."Published by(with thanks to Johnnie Carson)Dewey,Cheatum and Howe. The following suggestions should prove very helpful:1.Never sleep more than two hours a night.2.When snorting cocaine use a cocktail straw, not a soda straw.3.Drink alcohol to excess.4.If caught smoking pot always say you're in a great deal of pain and throw in the possibility you may have cancer.5.Get married as often as possible and divorced even quicker.6.Always say you live your life for your children.7.If found slumped over your steering wheel at a stop light always give a very long list of prescription drugs you're taking and tell them your Dr.never told you of the possible interaction..8.Depression is also a good excuse to use in just about every situation.9.Think about adopting.10.If none of these seem to work for you enter re-hab,you'll get to appear on Oprah,The Tonight Show,David Letterman et.all.If none of that works try getting a spot on Dancing With The Stars.

drink lots of water, get exercise on the regular, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. General good health usually gives you good skin too. But like someone said, there are lotions and bronzers out ther that give you a golden glow for a while.

regular cardiovascular exercise helps your skin glow from within. Eating fish or fish oil supplements also helps.
Also, always wash your face before bed and in the morning and apply moisuriser. You can also mix a bit of gold shimmer powder into your moisturiser.

Most are spray tanned and make up and good lighting. An average person can not get that look by getting up in the morning and putting a make up on. It takes so much time a person would not have the time and money to get that look .all the time. Make up tricks lighting and good background setting are the answer plus a good hair stylist,

Try using botanically-base products and mineral powder foundation. Most products on the market contain mineral oil which inhibits your skin from functioning properly. Go to www.celestebenoist.myarbonne.com for more information. I hope this helps!
