use a light creamy tan with shimmer to it, all over your lid, then blend a medium brown in the middle of the lid, along the crease... then use a plum purple for pop... blend the purple along the brown, but not all the way to the inner side of the lid ... then if the colors look like they need to be softened use the light creamy color to help soften the look...

Anything that will complement your colors: so in your case, pinks, burgundy, orange, peach, even some types of brown. so pretty much just the opposite of whatever color eyes you have is the colors you should put near them. In some cases you can use the same or similar colors such as blue or green, but this could compete with your eye color and take attention away from them. Something not too distracting, like peach or light shimmery brown is probably your best bet, ad it won't clash with your clothing.

Well I wear green contacts and find that purples and blues look great. I'm really into color as well and now-a-days your makeup does not have to match your clothes. Go for blues and purples and see if they don't do some justice for you. Also there are eyeshadow pallets that are created for the color eyes you have. I'm not sure of the make but I'm sure you can find them at your drug stores or beauty stores.

You have alot of answers to choose from! But, If I'm correct, I think Almay brand makes stuff for eye colors. It tells you what colors are good. It consists of a deep plum color and a darker green and a brown.. They sell it at walmart and local drug stores! The colors are very very pretty

I have green eyes. I use neutrals, pinks, purples and peachy/orange colors. I've never been able to get green or blue to work for me. I get a lot of complements on my eyes so I'm guessing my color choices are good.

Purple is the opposite of green so that means that color eyeshadow will really bring out your eyes ;-)

This eye makeup color grid should help you get some ideas: http://www.beautyden.com/beautycolors.shtml
It suggests light rose, light pink, & soft golden colors.
Another idea would be to use a very deep, dark green gel eyeliner tight against your upper lash line (e.g. Smashbox) w/ a black/brown mascara.
When choosing eye colors, remember to consider your hair color & skin tone.
How to determine skin tone:
1) Warm: Veins on wrist will look green & gold jewelry is more flattering than silver.
2) Cool: Veins on wrist will look blue & silver jewelry is best.

I too have hazel eyes. Try an olive green close to the outer lashes --worn like liner. And use it in the crease blending into your creams and browns. Olive green liner is another good choice. Use a pencil and smudge it with a q-tip. You won't believe what it does for your eyes!

Go with a shiney brown such as silken taupe by covergirl. Its a great color and it looks fantastic on green eyes. I have green eyes, thats what I use. Also remember to curl your lashes, it really brings out your eyes.
