Makeup - January 2007

I want to use some kind of make up on my skin, but not foundation as it is too heavy for me especially as I'm only 14. So I was thinking about tinted moisturiser as I have fairly dry skin, so it will kill two birds with one stone - tint and moisten. I have been looking for tinted moisturiser in the shops, but I haven't found any at all? Does anyone know where I can get some quality tinted moisturiser for a reasonable price (i.e. around a fiver)?

I have very pale skin, light brown-reddish hair, dark green eyes and dark eyebrows. What eye shadows would look good on me?
And about lips: I don't know what color lipstick would look good on me? When I use pale or clear lipstick, my face looks very boring. When I use dark red or dark brown lipstick, my face is too obtrusive. So what should I do? I don't like blush, so what face powder or toner I should use?

I have a hard time believing that collagen put on the lips, and not in them, could possibly have any affect on them. I bought Sally Hansen Thin Lip Collagen Boost, and have been using it for a few days in place of regular lip balm, but of course I haven't seen any results (other than softer lips). Is this one of those things that takes weeks to work, or is it all just a marketing ploy?

Ive been having problems with wearing makeup I like.
I have dark hair, pale skin & brown eyes.
My eyes are a nice shape & fairly average looking.
But finding the right makeup for them makes it hard to wear dark makeup.

If I wear simple eyeliner & mascara; I look asian.

So I've stopped wearing eyeliner & I just pack on my mascara to make my eyes look big.
Ive tried fake eyelashes, but I think theyre too heavy & they make my eyes look small & squinty.

I want to be able to wear nice dark makeup; without it looking like I have small & squinty eyes.

Help/suggestions please!

Okay so I'm going to be wearing this blue dress to my school's winter formal (it's quite a big deal here, bigger than homecoming and prom)
