how do you apply liquid eyeliner around your eyes [[besides the top!]]??

You'll need a steady hand and an unblinking eye. Try to apply it in one smooth motion, then don't blink or move your head to avoid moving your eyelid. Otherwise, the eyeliner will smudge.

Don't apply eyeliner to your inner eye because you'll irritate it. Try putting it on the lash line.

Liquid eyeliner is not very good for the eyes because it apply well and it's hard to keep it from leaking. The best kind of eyeliner is kohl. Don't buuy Revlon, Maybellin, or any of that stuff because it does not apply well. I auggest M.A.C. because it applies smoothly. Another excellent brand is the Body Shop. Give those a try.

Apply it directly under the bottom eyelashes.

i do it good because i have a steady hand.this would be good for you because it is more like writing with a pencil and if your hand is shaky look for ones like this
