Hi, nearly every shops do them but they arent nessecary in with the make ups all the time. I got one from avon, superdrug do there own and so do boots. Boots one is good its fragrance free and is only £2.50. It in the boots natural section next to the founadation its called tinted moisturiser. I dont think they work much as they dont really cover any blemished or make the skin look cleared. So I would jusr pay good money for a decent miosturiser if you dont want to use foundation. Imay be worth just using a foundation compact like a shine control one or blemish control. Boots naturals do these as well. Not all foundation is thick max factor seemless does brilliant coverage and you cant even tell that your wearing it plus you have to get one that matches your skin colour as to not get this heavy look. If you have a perfect complexion i wouldnt recommed putting anything on your face other that moisturiser as you wont need it and foundation does tend to make people brake out in spots more.
But yes if you have no spots or blemishes to cover up then i suppose you would benefit from using a tinted foundation, but you probably wouldnt even need to wear anything other that a moisturiser, but if you have loads of spots and blemished to cover then a tinted foundation wont work.
But there is no harm in trying one. The boots one is only there own cheap one they also do one in there no7 range so that might work better

Are you able to get Neutrogena cosmetics in the UK? If so, they make two good ones - Heatlhy Skin Glow Sheers and SkinClearing Clean Tint (aimed more toward oily skin). If you aren't able to get Neutrogena over there, Bare Escentuals is available over the internet and is a good, light makeup however it is not nearly as economical as Neutrogena.

Dermalogica makes the BEST tinted moisturizer!!! I use it all the time! It also has built in spf 15 so its great in the summertime too! Its $15 here in the US.
There are many non-professional tinted moisturizers coming out on the market these days too, but I haven't heard much about them yet.

Use Johnsons Holiday Skin. Its a moisturiser from the supermarket (get the dark one) and you put it all over your body as often as you like. No streaks and a good product. Go for it!

Bobbi Brown has a great light one you may want to try. Typically you can go to the counter and first get a sample of the product and try it before you buy it. If you do end up buying it and it doesn't work for you, you should be able to return it with no problems. All the major department stores will carry this.
Good luck!

Just mix up some of your usual foundation with a little bit of moisturiser.

I got a sample from YSL (Yves Saint Lauren), called Tinted Matt Moisturizer No. 3.
Seems very good quality. Smells good, but I don't believe it's cheap.
