the same thing happened to me
use LOTS of lotion
i mean like 5+ times a day put on a lot and it should go away in a matter of days
this is what my friend told me to do
and i was like ur crazy that won't work but she was right
oh and it doesnt have to be like expensive or nothing regular lotion will do but i guess if you get a good deep-mosturizer then it would go away faster
well hope i helped!!!
buh-bye!

to soften and whiten the skin use 1/2 lemons stuck on the elbows for 15 mins, or wipes lemons over the knees. the inside of avocado skins can be used as a rich moisturiser for the knees and elbows.and potatos skin is useful too!!

Coconut-Pineapple Extract
For whiter and fairer skin.
You will need:
Coconut Milk
Pineapple Juice
Procedure:
Make sure products are all natural and not ready to serve. Combine coconut milk and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly and apply on the face by cotton balls. Leave the mixture on the face for 20 minutes enough to dry on face allowing the extract to absorb on the skin. Wash skin with water and pat dry.

Use lemon on your skin to lighten the dark spots and use a scrub to get rid of the rough skin. Once you have scrubbed the skin use a moisturizing lotion for soft, smooth skin.

It sounds weird.. but take crisco shortening.. yes the grease kind.. smear on the dry spot and then cut the end of the shock off and stick the sock over the area of the arm for about an hour or however long you can...

I'm thai (Lanna region) with darker skin tone! I'm a Native Thai Descent But I have a Thai friend named "Prim (Karnsiri)" who is very fair skinned for a Thai. I think cuz shes a Chinese-Thai Descent from Bangkok. I guess Thailand also have people with fair skinned like the Philippines even tho it's location is in a hot tropical climate.

I would exfoliate with apricot scrub lightly every two or three days, then use a shea butter body balm or lotion to rub into the skin. As you get older it will lighten!

hello! you can try putting petroleum jelly on the dark area/s every night before you sleep, then cover it with sock.. for the elbows you can cut the end part of the socks so that it can slide through your arms.. if you get what i mean.. i saw this done at Tyra's show..

I would advise leaving well enough alone, but if you must, then put lotion or body butter on it after a hot shower.
