so i usually have my hair professionally dyed..due to bad experiences with box hair dye
but my roots are showing really bad, and this month i really don't have the money

my hair is now blonde, but i want to dye it lighter blonde.
what is the best hair dye to buy at the store? something that turns out good and doesnt fade!

i dont wanna have any white hairs. im jus 14! i hate having white hairs already. should i talk to a doctor or something. i heard applying oil in your hair daily works. which one should i use? people sed coconut oil, curry leaves oil, and other stuff. please answer :[

I need to and will trim my hair because I constantly rip out hair balls, because my hair ends tie into knots. When I sleep on my hair it is on the verge of turning into dreads which I hate!! When I take a shower and lather shampoo if I brushed it, picked it or combed it, it will tie back together. I WILL NOT CUT IT!! Should lay face down or what? Should I always have braids? Should I take a shower before bed and part it into small, multiple tails so I can go to school without having my hair in a knot? OMG help thanks!

treatment, cut in a regular basics, but my hair always looks demage. is it any magic or any product that I can use just for my split ends that I cut ever 4 weeks and that's why my hair don't grow..

I'm getting a perm for the first time, and I wanted to know any tips I should know. How do I keep my hair from getting too slick/oily in the first two days I'm not supposed to wash my hair? I don't like all the chemicals in the shampoos and the eco ones seem very expensive.

There was something on the tv last night about washing your hair with plain soap - what would happen to your hair if you did this? Would it become horrible and sticky, or is it okay?

I have short hair and just blow dry it after washing with a bit of gel to mess it up a little.

Do any of you wash your hair with soap or any shampoo alternative?

On my ever-changing journey for a "look", I can't decide between trying to stay looking at the short-hair styles, or trying something long hair. The problem is, my hair tends get really thick, and isn't really straight, so until it got *really* long, I imagine it would look like crap (if you have a recommendation there, please insert it now).

The problem I can't decide is, since I have a pretty pale skintone, when my hair is short, it looks more orange-blondish, which I wonder if it makes me look even paler. However, when my hair is a bit longer, it tends to take more of a brown-ish tint, and since my eyebrows are pretty light (not even a bit of red or brown in there; pure blonde), I wonder if that has impact on my looks?

Forgive the crappy quality of this pic, but it's all I could find (damn cell phone won't send pic to my email) . The other guy is my dad... don't ask.

Over the summer, my hair looked great. Even up to the day before school started. It was thin and combed easy to a managable style.

I keep the same habits with my hair year round, yet somehow when school starts my hair feels thicker and gets extremely poofy for days upon washing it.

It's very abnormal and I don't like it.

What things could possibly make hair do this?

PS: On weekends, it slightly returns to the normal state of summer, only to return back on the Monday morning.
