How much would it cost get bangs highlighted?

Or only a small portion of the head highlighted as compared to the full head?

It varies, but It should cost about the price of having one or 2 foils. depending how thick your bangs are. For example, foils at my salon are $7 each...

Buy a box of bleach and do it yourself. Using the proportions of each part, mix small amount. The product I use proportions are 2:1:1
