i try different things but nothing works with the length of it. please help

Ok so i have like dark brunette hair thats maybe lightly past shoulder length and the weird thing is at the ends of my hair its like waves in and sometimes waves out?? It weird and hard to explain but i have this Revlon $30 hair straightener i guess u can say its crappy because everytime i striaghten it nothing happens!! am i using it wrong or is it like the machine... what else can i do to straighten my hair. Thank you in advance.

okay so my hair is naturally dark blonde but i want to lighten it to a light sun streaked looking blonde. I'm thinking of ussing Hydrogen Peroxide. Can somebody please tell me your opinions on this & please tell me how to use it exactly. dry hair or wet hair, & details if possible.

I have light brown hair at the moment. My natural colour is kinda medium brown. I was thinking of dying my hair dark brown(not to dark though) with light brown highlights. My skin is quite pale and i also have a few freckles. Do you think the colour will suit me? Any other idea about what colour to dye my hair? (just dont say red cause i dyed my hair red and didnt like it!)

I haven't had it cut since Sept or Oct (can't remember). It's naturally thick (no complaints) and grows pretty fast. I've got photos up on myspace (http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=53663013)
these are photos with my hair short (the first few) and where it's at now (towards the end, these are 2 weeks old). Should I? Suggestions?

My hair is a little pass my shoulders in the front.
And a little longer in the back [My hair is very uneven]
But it has been this way for about a year now and it hasnt grown. What can I do to make my hair longer??
P.S. I do have split ends and I dont wash it that much. But im black and I dont have that good grade of hair so if I keep washing it it will dry it out. I have bad dandruff sometimes.

my hair is so dry and split it looks like i got electricuted. i wash and condition my hair every day and i don't blow dry or staighten my hair. i have to comb it after i get iut of the shower for it to dry correctly. i don't know what to do to get my hair back to normal again. Is it the weather? What? and how do i fix it??????

I just got my hair cut in layers yesterday and it's above my shoulder. I normally use herbal essences mouse (it's in a purple can...I believe it's called Twisted?) Anyway it leaves my hair too hard and it feels "crispy". What would you recommend I use on my hair to leave it soft and bouncy?

I need help buying a good shampoo, (over the counter like Wal-Mart). I wash my hair every day so I want a shampoo that doesnt overdry my hair or make it too oily.
