Dry hair, wet a cotton ball with H.P. and grab a strip of hair and saturate it. Sitting in the sun speeds up the process, might have to do several times. The results are a golden Blond, very nice. Just don't dump the whole bottle on your hair

You are going to have orange hair. If that's the look you are going for, it doesn't matter how you do it. However, if you want a normal looking blond and hair you can comb, go get a FREE consultation at a salon to find out what it will take to get your hair to the shade you desire and what it's going to take to maintain it. Then you can decide if you want to do it or not. hydrogen peroxide is used to oxidate color but without any additives, it's going to go through the red, orange and yellow stages. If you leave it on long enough to get to a light blond it's going to break your lovely shade of yellow, orange hair to bits. If you don't believe me, cut a small section of hair and put the peroxide on it in a bowl and watch it as it goes through the different stages before it disintegrates altogether. The pH is important too. If the pH in what you buy is too high, it may skip the lovely orange and go straight to the bits part. It really isn't worth it. Find someone who has hair the color you like and go where they go to get your hair done. Good luck.
