Have you been dieting lately? If so, that could definitely be a contributing factor to your hair loss. I had an eating disorder last year and I lost a ton of hair. Stress also can cause hair loss; look at what's going on.

It depends why your hair is falling out.
If it is because of old age, then calcium would help, and eating a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables...
The problem could also be that your hair is really dry (due to colouring or chemical exposure)
try using a fortifying shampoo which helps restore natural oils and locks in moisture to keep your hair from becoming brittle.
Using alot of conditioners helps too (wash out and leave on)

It sounds like your hair is breaking. Go get a trim. Have the stylist trim off all the split and damaged hair.
If your hair is falling out in clumps, go see your doctor, it could be something serious.

i actually just went to a dermatologist for this problem...maybe you should try one too...
besides prescription stuff, she said that there is an over-the-counter vitamin that makes hair and nailes better, it's called Biotin and it's sold in target..i'm 18, 5'2'' and 120lbs and she said that i should take two a day...i'm sure the label will let you know what dosage...but the only downside is that it takes 3-6 months for you to see a difference...i'm just starting it now...they're swallowing pills and it's not really that much of a hassel
another option is coconut oil: put it in your hair and let it soak for about an hours and then wash your hair...it's supposed to make your hair thicker
i hope this helps...

I depends on what you are using. Like if your hair is dry then keep it moisturized and dont apply heat cause that breaks it off. It also depends on what type of hair you have. There are shampoos and conditioner made for certain types of hair. So find out what hair texture you have, then work with it. hope it works :)

After you get outta the shower, put Redken's 'Extreme' in it. It's a dark blue bottle & contains lipids so it strengthens your hair big time. Also, use fortifying conditioner to try and strengthen it.

Try viagra. No kidding. It was originally developed as an anti-baldness drug.
