If you have thinning hair, your body maybe missing certain nutrients like biotin, calcium, iron and silica. So what can you do? Eat foods that contain vitamin B, protein and zinc like:
almonds
spinach
kale
organic meats
eggs

Any foods that are rich in protein will help your hair's growth.
There are also vitamins especially formulated for this purpose.
As for your hair being dry...use a quality/professional/
ph balanced shampoo & conditioner...never use Suave!
Focus 21 makes a great product line called Sea Plasma which really helps with moisture issues.
Trimming, is the only way to handle those split ends.
Drinking plenty of water will help your entire body to be moist and well hydrated.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMLyJ While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Protein-rich foods, like eggs and meat help. Almonds (or nuts in general). Also, get the frizzy ends cut off - it'll help your hair grow alot faster.

I would suggest Suave, and as you're lathering your hair, also give this a try.Using the tips of your fingers, squeeze your scalp between your fingertips so that it makes a ruffle on your scalp. This helps to spread the natural oils underneath the scalp, and strengthen the roots. And for the food consumption,I like my eggs scrambled, but boiled has the best nutritional value, and in moderation.Good luck.

I think hair is made out of protien, so eat more protien-rich foods.
Also try Garnier. I totally love that shampoo!
