i have very curly hair, sometimes i use an iron to staighten my hair if i do this regulary will it seriously damage my hair and if so is there any ways to straighten my hair without damageing it.

i have dirty-blonde long hair and i am trying to decide if i should dye my hair. lots of people said they like my hair now but other have said that black hair would look good on me. what color should i dye my hair and should i dye it?

And I have NO idea why. Its not just the hair on my head... all my hair seems prone to fall out and break. I've also noticed that my nails are really brittle. Whats going on?!

Has anyone used both and could compare side-by-side? Or could you suggest a shampoo that works better for volume? All I want is full, volumized hair.

I feel like I could customize it to my needs better if I bought different products, and besides, I always run out of shampoo first. But if it really does make a difference to have a matching set I would do it.

They always tell you on the back "follow with ~~~~ conditioner for best results." Are they just trying to make money?

I have a long thin face with flat cheeks. My jawbone comes out slightly (not even noticably) farther than my forehead. My chin comes to a point. I have no bangs and tend to sweep my long, straight blond hair behind my ears but this is not working for me. I have a cowlick (spelling?) on the top right side of where my hair is currently split. Any suggestions?

i want to dye a little peice of my hair hot pink but i have dark brown hair so i would have to bleach it. once i bleach it will my hair be more dead then just dying it and skipping the bleaching part?

I plan on dying my hair today a 3RP color its kinda like a dark burgandy and I wanna relax my hair about 2 weeks from now, does anyone have any tips about what i should/should not do. Is two weeks too little time? BTW my natural hairl color is dark brown if that helps.

I just got a *mohawk* it's actually more of a fauxhawk.... But I just got it the other day and I am having trouble getting it up and to stay up in the morning... I loved how that lady did it when I got it, but I can't do it near as well..... Anybody got any tips to getting my mohawk to stand up and look good, easily... It's also gotta be somewhat quick, because I have school... Get up about 5:30-6:00 in the AM and get on the bus at 7:30....

I've always wanted my hair to be light brown, but whenever i dye it, the color comes out REDish looking..and NOT like the color i want it to be.

I am dyeing my hair blue this summer.(crazy,i know!)
I would also like to wear hair extentions so i can just put it up in a pony tail so i won't have to style my short hair this summer.
Is it possible to color the extentions too?They are going to be sewed in and the color is a semi permanent.It will be human hair,so any help will be useful.

I have naturally curly hair that was straightened and damaged so I got it chopped in a short layered style that started getting some curl to the top as it started growing so it was half curl, half straight, hard to do, and thin looking because of the straightener, so I got extensions just on the bottom while it grows. Funny thing the extensions are frizzy and curly too. Anyway, the top of my haircrown and bangs are growing in curly and are frizzing easily in the weather here. How do I style this mess until it grows out?? I'm going on a cruise in 6 weeks and need help desperately. I know it will be windy and I fear wind with my bad hair. The crown is short still and will blow around and look like a mullet, but if I get the extensions out of the bottom, the whole short croppy mess will then blow around and look like a lion. I'm really depressed about this and it's all I think about!! I cry daily.
