Hair - January 2007

I goingg to get my haircut next week and I don't know what I should do?? I have straight, thin, dark brown hair, it's abit past my shoulders and my face shape is round. I want something easy to manage but I can do alot sytles too.

This summer when i dont have school im planning to shave my head completely so it can regrow nicely. but i do not know if it will help repairing it from straightening damages.
I have short,naturally straight/thick hair , and i got it straightened several times for more than a year ago,( id say about total of 20 times in my lifetime?)
also im planning to straight my hair tommorow morning because its a special occasion. So will shaving my head fix everything and have totally healthy hair??

when i was about 7, i loved to sneak into my parents room and try on my mothers makeup. i saw her curling iron (except at the time i didn't know what it was) and i tried brushing my hair with it, but it got all tangled and wouldn't come out. my dad had to cut it out so i was missing a big chunk of my hair on one side and had to wear my hair on a side part for a about a year. what about you guys? what was the worst thing you ever did to your hair?

mmk, i just got my hair died it has a whole bunch of different blondes, and browns in it. i rele like the way it looks now, but after i wash it, it doesnt look the same. how can i keep my hair the way it looks now and keep it looking healthy and good all the time? kthnxbyee<3

hey i want to know what a crazy but fashionable hairstyle would be. I was thinking on the lines of like a mohawk where you have long hair but the middle is longer so i can stick it up. I want to go for the punk rock hair style but want to be school appropriate. Any websites, pictures, or descriptions of funky punk hairstyles would make me very happy!!

I have a lot of arm hair, its quite noticable. I was wondering if I am turning off girls. Obviously, I dont want to shave it all off, becuase I will look gay. How do I trim my armhair, to make it less thick/noticable, yet still keep some of it to not look like I'm a gay guy who shaves my arms :)

It can be expensive. I've found the cheap ones don't work as well for me. Which is one that will straighten my hair with the least amount of time and damage, as well as keep it straight for more than five minutes? Do you recomend any hair products to use in conjunction with it? (i have medium to fine naturally curly hair which is about 6 inches past my shoulders, and when my hair meet any sort of moisture...well it's all over)

i'm a guy. my hair is not short but it is not really long either. Every time I wash my hair though, after it dries its really annoying and completely different and a mess. My girlfriend says try another conditioner - is this the solution?

I'm not obsessed with my hair but at least when i go out i would like it to not be a mess. I don't use gel or anything.

I have this black spots all over my face. How do I fix them. They look a horrible mess and I won't never ever use face bleach again in my life. I mean i kept it on like for 10 minutes like it said. And I even mixed the right amount of stuff. And I even tried it on my neck before using on face but oh well.... any suggestions?

My hair is so flat, I can't stand it, but I have to wash it at night because I can't get up that early...:P, so I can't blow it dry upside down. It has a lot of layers and side-swept bangs. Is there anything I can do besides just ratting it?

Hi! I have bleached hair, very straight (I'm half Native American) and was curious as to whether there are any tips I could use in the future so that my haircuts come out better. The only time I had a perfect one was the first time I had this one I have now done, with a carving comb. Also, if anyone could suggest a few products that work well with the hair type, I'd be grateful.

Not REALLY hair, mind to, not as hairy as a man's arms, but still there's hair though.

right now i have dirty blonde hair, light skin, but with an olive tone, and green eyes. my dad had red hair, and my mom has brown. would i be able to pull off red hair? ive really wanted to try it out. another option im willing to try is temporary hair color, but i have yet to find a brand that washes out with few hair washes. does anyone have any opinions on whether or not I'd be able to pull it off, and if not- what are some good temporary hair dyes that I can use?
