Im a burnette dont have experience with blonde hair but I think platinum blonde(lightestblonde) is the best it alson depends what color you are like im a burnette plum looks better on me or the darker color or if your a redhead the redshades look cut also if your a blonde I think the lightes is the best.

Depends on your skin tone.
Warmer skin tone - darker shade of blonde.
Pale skin - Lighter, more platinum shades.

Just depends.Mine is dirty blonde and I always get lots of compliments on it.When I was younger it was almost white though but I like it more now.
