Unfortunately, no.
It is just a rumor, like swallowing gum stays in your stomach for seven years and it won't digest and the bloody mary one.
But I do have one tip for you that is bound to work. Trust me, I keep my hair pretty, because it turns my husband on. Just keep your hair healthy and free of dead and/or split ends. This will help new hair grow faster.
I give my hair a little trim, so the hair that grows back is the 'new hair' I'm talking about.

If you drink milk on a regular basis, yes it can. Milk contains vitamins and calcium, which helps your hair grow a little bit and also strengthens it.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMLUd While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Uhh milk helps your bone's grow strong, but i believe protein will make hair grow faster and prettier..
and also if you but olive oil on you hair and leave it in for atleast 2 hours, that makes hair healthier and silkier* etc.
