Once curly, now puffy?

I had wavy hair until I had a perm put in it. Is there any way my natural hair can come back like before?

just like a hair colour you have to wait for it to grow out. to get rid of puff after you wash your hair when it is still wet put some gel in it and use your diffuser attachment on your hair dryer and dry your hair upside down. it adds curl and not frizz

no. my hair was as straight as a pin and i got a perm and it wont go back.
