Dying hair dark brown/black the either bleach blond highlights or tips. Or/thehn making the highlights/tips pink/purple.Orrr the black that has the blue tint to it.. Which cut would your recommend?

I use a rinse out conditioner, but it doesn't seem to help much. Can anyone recommend a solution or a product? She has lots of hair, but it is fine. If there is a leave in conditioner that would be great too, as she hates having her hair washed.

yeah so i get realy annoyed with my straightening iron cause i have to wake up early every morning to straighten my hair. what could i do to keep my hair straight everyday but without relaxing it? like are there some kinds of gels that i could put in my hair at night or in the morning or whatever? please tell me how and where i can find them.

hi so recently my mom sed my bangs and hair are always getting the way of everything. So she goes onto a spree nad MAKES A TOTAL MESS OF MY HAIR WHICH IS NOW LIKE A SCREWD UP VERSION OF A PIXIE CUT. I just got done coloring my hair and I got it on my face a little bit and arm. I need to know how to get it off before tomorrow because we are going out. My hair is somewhat curly, but I think the perm would make it look better (more full and curly). It is healthy, but not very thick. I've only colored it once. So, do you think my hair would take the perm? Or would it fall out, so to speak. Also, how much does an average perm usually cost? I've heard around $50. Basically, I would like to know the "101" on perms. Thanks.

I plucked my upper lip hair because it looked like I had a light mustache. Several weeks later the hair started growing back in and even though I bleach the hairs that have reached the surface, I have the light mustache again (probably due to the hairs that haven't reached the surface yet). I don't know how long it will take those hairs to get to the surface and at that point I'll be where I started and the cycle will continue. Worse, though, would be if, after the hair grows back, even with bleaching, the dark roots would cause a permanent shadow (I have light sking and dark hair).

I didn't have that much noticeable upper lip hair before and worry that it may take a really long time for the newer hair to spring up. I am thinking I'll need something more permanent like electrolysis or laser hair removal.

Anyone with similar experience that could recommend what I should do? Thanks.
