Hair - November 2006

my hair is real,real short,and thin on the sides because it broke off
every time i comb my hair i am scared because i really have dry,damaged and alot of breakage in my hair,when i comb it alot of
breakage and i still comb it but i don,t like to and i really need help
because i don,t know what to do ,i feel like i can,t do nothing with it , i am considering getting a texturizer but i know i have to grow my regular perm out ,what can i do to my hair, how i care for it while letting my perm come out in order to get texturixer because maybe that will help my hair grow and i have,nt tried it so
any advice.i can,t even braid it all period point blank sides thin,short.

Ikno high lights are to make demention in ur hair but what are lowlights for . ALso, my hair is kinda dead? cuz i bleached it before. my roots are like 2 inches long, and im letting my natural hair color grow out, im geten my hair cut to like my shoulders, and my natural hair color is dark brown. So 2 inches of dark brown roots, and the rest is blondeish/streaks lighter blonde/orange also! .. i want to get some lowlights ( brown highlights? ) to even everything out. will this work ? and will my hair fall out! .. i am getting it done professionally, & whats the diff between home hair dyeing, and profesionals doing it. thnx .. bye - HELP

I have hair at the moment that's just one lenght (except for a few tapers at the side that are fading out now) and I'm beginning to think it's not very fashionable... I'd like to have my hair cut into a modern style, which usually includes layers but I sometimes like to have my hair put in plaits the night before so it comes out wavy the next morning. I'm just wondering if putting in plaits would actually be possible if I had it layered. And also, I have a double crown in my hair but I would like a longer fringe that fell over my eyes (like a short emo but longer) but when I had a fringe as a child it stuck up, is there anything I can do?

My hair is blondish/auburnish right now. I used to be blonde about 3 years ago. I'm 15. I have light skin and green eyes. I'm very preppy/girly. I don't want JUST highlights. I'm going full on blonde but can't decide which pic to bring into my stylist.

Hi, I have thick long hair. (for the 1st time) I used a curling hair brush from the tip of my wet hair to the scalp..(I gently rolled the hair around the brush, all the way up) and tried to dry my hair. When I released the brush (tried to uncurl it) my hair got completely stuck to the brush. It got so tangled, I was in pain! Eventually I had to cut off that section of the hair to and throw away the cirling brush.
What did I do wrong?

I have had quite bad mouth ulcers for more than a week now, and even though theyve gotten better slightly i dont know what to do to get rid of them completely. They are quite huge, and im scared someone will notice soon! Bonjela doesnt seem to work, saltwater helps but doesnt heal it, tried antibacterial mouthwash and tcp... at a loose end guys! HELP!
