If your hair color is blonde, I wouldnt get black highlights, and if its the other way around, yes get platinum blonde highlights, and put burgandy piecey highlights in your bangs! and if you avater looks anything like your real hair cut I think this look is hot!

if u want some color to stand out from you hair then get blonde. Burgandy and black don't show up that well.

what's the colour of your hair? If it's brown, and the highlights are thin...why not? I would maybe not go for completly black, maybe dark brown. And definetly not platinablonde highlights, but more a natural blonde or light brown. At least a warm shade. That is if you want to look a little more natural. If you want more contrasts, go for it!

blonde highlights can be damaging, black is not good. black is the hardest colour to get rid of....and likely you'll get them and not like it...so my best solution is to stay away from black dye....

Blonde, the others are lowlights not highlights.
