because i use a hairstraightener almost everyday and now their is little hairs that are on the top of my head and they are very short so itt looks like a thin mohawk...........how can i prevent the breaking hairs from....breaking??????????

Its so gross and scaly. she itches it and it bleeds and more forms back... She is 4 years old.... now her hair wont grow and its breaking off everywhere. Wht is going on what is this?

i have dry hair and split ends and frizzy hair. I dont use any styling products, hair dryer, just my straightner every morning. so is there any way that I can make my hair not frizzy so i dont have to wear it straight or maybe a product to help it because i cant wear it without it being straight its soo poofy. will i have to cut it? =[ cause its already short i dont wanna cut it any more.

I decided (like a fool) to dye my hair this afternoon from blond to permanent black hair dye. I have succeeded, but the only problem is that I have a few stains on my forehead and around my my hairline and on my ears. The thing is I have to go meet some people who I really need to impress. you see, i have very thin and straight hair. i have tried several volumizing shampoos, but they seem to just give me "poof". the way i wear my hair is very similar to catherine zeta-jones' character from the movie chicago, the dark-haired flapper cut of velma kelly, so i just want it to hang, not to poof out. and it's so thin that most hair product doesn't do much but make it either stiff or dirty-looking. that's why i am looking into different shampoos and conditioners. any suggestion would be appreciated, but keep in mind that i do not buy salon products because i don't feel i have enough hair on my head to facilitate paying ten dollars for a bottle of shampoo. so try to keep it at the retail level. good retail, but still retail. i guess i would buy one single salon product, if it was really great. thanks!

Okay, I have curly hair. Not extreme curls, but pretty curly. Anyway, I need a new flat iron considering mine died on me. What's the best brand that won't fry my hair. I have fine hair, but LOTS of it. I'd prefer something that heats up really fast and gets hot enough to straighten quickly.

my hair is real,real short,and thin on the sides because it broke off
every time i comb my hair i am scared because i really have dry,damaged and alot of breakage in my hair,when i comb it alot of
breakage and i still comb it but i don,t like to and i really need help
