It will not grow. I have dandruff.. is that why its not growing???
Can someone give me advice or something?

Well first off, you can get rid of dandruff or flakes by using Head n' Shoulders. There isn't really a way to make your hair grow faster. Although, I suggest to:
a) get your hair trimmed about every 3 weeks so you get rid of split ends often, and your hair will grow healthy.
b) massage your scalp when you wash your hair.

Maybe if u try a hair extention. if u dont have enough $ than i guess you will have to let it grow. trust me i have hair up a little bit over my shoulders. and im dying to have long hair
