Heya hunni my hair wouldn't seem to grow but now it is!
I use mayonaise simply apply alot of it evenly to your hair put a shower cap over the top and then a hot towel leave on for twenty minutes and wash hair use horse shampoo! yea u heard me thats why horses hair always looks so beautiful and long it has also been proven to help grow hair too, when you are shampooing this in massage for 5-10 minutes this rushes blood to your head and promotes hair growth do not blow dry your hair or use hot hair appliances only use one heat appliance once a week because it is necassery! Eat fish atleast 3 portions a week! When brushing hair tip your head upside doen for 7 minutes this rushes blood to the head to promote growth you do not have to take prenatals just take one multi vitamin a day they are 100% healthy! also remember NEVER EVER EVER brush hair whilst wet do not even comb it if you can help it let it dry by itself and then brush it when it is 90% dry

wel there you go i have told you all of my secrets hope these help xxxxxx

Biotin is a great supplement for growing hair. Also, try putting a tiny bit of cayenne pepper powder in your shampoo or conditioner. I don't know the science behind it, but it makes my hair grow faster.

If it is staying the same length and you're getting it trimmed, it IS growing... just slowly. What happens if you skip a few trims?

Kelp tablets (Herbal seaweed tablets) They can be bought at most health shops and are sooo cheap! They help activate you throid gland which helps with weight lose and hair and nail growth. All 100% natural. Should not be taken if you have an over-active throid problem though!

Giving your scalp a firm long massage when shampooing and conditioning can also help as it stimulates the blood flow and the sebacious glands which are all vital in hair growth!!
