I really think you should go to a beautician. I know it might cost some $$$ but they could recommend the right products for you.

you definitely need to let it grow out. use thick conditioners and hot oil treatments. texturizers will further damage your hair and it might melt if you try it right now. if you could braid it that would also be a bad idea because braiding can also cause damage and make it dry. also use moisturizers on your hair. when it's time for you to perm/texturize your hair are you doing it at home and putting it on already perm/texturized hair instead of just the roots? if so that is why you are having so much breakage. your best bet is to let it grow out enough to where you can cut the damaged hair off. if you are doing your own perms and texturizing i would stop doing them at home and go to a professional. they can choose the right product for your hair type and do the least damage. good luck!

The chemical used in your perm is too strong for your hair and that is the reason why it gets brittle and breaks easily.

Hair should be elastic and should not break. But since yours is treated with chemical, the best way to do it is grow new hair.

try using hot oil treatments and hair masks once a week that will re build and strenghten your hair, also avoid using hair conditioner each time you wash your hair that will soften the hair and cause more breakage and never brush your hair when wet only use a wide tooth comb follow this and you will see dramatic improvements!`

Well, I'm thinking the reason your hair is so dry and damaged is b/c you perm it. And if you dye it too much, it'll do the same thin(If you dye your hair, I don't know if you do or not).
