I am a 21 yr old man. i have hair growing in places like my back, butt and nose and between the eyebrows of my eyes. Does anyone know an effective treatment to remove the hair without if growing back. Shaving it and waxing is not a sutible answer because it will grow back. Anyone have an idea????!!!

Both say that they help to make your hair healthy-looking and shiny. but which one works best? I tried comparing with a sibling but they seem to be the same though we dont want to keep getting both. we want the best. which is it?

I always watch that show: "What not to Wear", and I have noticed that most women that have long hair, kinda "freak out" when the hairstylist is getting ready to cut their hair, they don't want it cut even if it looks messy and with split ends! often the guy talks them into letting him cut it, but.... why are they so afraid of getting a hair cut? Why is it so important for some ladies to keep long hair?

Two questions - 10 pts to whoever answers both the best...

1) I don't typically have my hair highlighted so I don't know the usual procedure on this.. but I have medium brown hair, I had highlights done and they came out too blonde for my taste; now that my hair has grown out 3 " of dark root I want to do something... What I want are lighter brown/caramel highlights - and only that - but how does that work as far as the blonde that is in there? Do they just do it over everything, what is the procedure?

2) I don't actually know what "name" of highlights to ask for -- I just sort of vaguely say lighter brown/caramel -- but I don't have any sort of guide to visualize -- Can you give me a website that shows maybe a spectrum of highlights and what they're called (that any typical hairdresser would be familiar with if I told them I want "x" color highlights?) Thanks! :)

I really wanted to put a streak of black in my blonde hair. Naturally I have golden blonde hair but it's dyed lighter to almost platinum with peroxide and then I have bleach highlights and some darker blonde lowlights. So I wanted to put like a black streak in my hair over my eyes (kinda like an emo look) and my mom said it woulnd't turn out like I wanted it and would look like some crappy color. Well I wanted to know what would happen if I decided to dye my hair black? This is something I always wanted to do.

I usually put my hair into 3 big braids the night before I go to bed so I could wake up with big, wavy hair. Yet, as I try to use the rubber band to secure the braids, they left funny lines to the bottom part of my hair. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

I looked on the Locks of Love wesbite, but they don't have the list anymore.

If anyone knows a place where I can get a wash, cut, and style for free, I would greatly appreciate it!

i've dyed it many times before

last night i bleached it, the whole thing.
every day i blowdry it when i get
out of the shower and then straighten
it with a flat iron.

any products (cheap?) that i
can get at the store
or household items that i can
put on the tips to get my hair
to look and feel healthier?

my split ends are FRIED.

Alright.
So I'm thirteen, and I have a square face. Though I have these horribly annoying chubby cheeks. I've come to realise that I can't change it now, so I need a good idea for a hairstyle.
My hair's length is currently JUST above my shoulders. My bangs sweep down and curve my face, just a little below the chin.

Hairstyle ideas?
Layers and bangs?

I mean do they remove the hair properly, like at the salon, or do you have to start plucking out the ones it misses.
