i've dyed it many times before
colors like red and purple,
brands like Raw and Special Effects..

last night i bleached it, the whole thing.
every day i blowdry it when i get
out of the shower and then straighten
it with a flat iron.

any products (cheap?) that i
can get at the store
or household items that i can
put on the tips to get my hair
to look and feel healthier?

my split ends are FRIED.

help please?

yes there are products out there for damaged hair!
the only way you can get RID of them (split ends) is by trimming them a half inch or so every 3-4 months. But you can help prevent them from coming back by following these steps:

1. Use Tresemme's Anti-Breakage Shampoo and Conditioner
2. Use a Heat Tamer (I use Tresemme! :) ) Spray if you iron/curl your hair.
3. Never brush your hair when its wet. Use a wide tooth comb.
4. Don't use rubberbands that are tight-tight. (Use scrunchies thats even better)
5. Towl dry your hair before you blow-dry, and use a cool setting on your blowdryer.
6. Take a daily multi-vitaman for healthy hair.

Hope this helps! :)

Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask. It's sold at places like Target, K-mart, and Wal-mart, for about $5-$6. It only takes a little, and it doesn't weigh down your hair. It works better than all of the expensive salon products that I've tried. For the first week, use it every other day, then once to twice a week, until you get your hair healthier.

Yeah, you should routinely get your ends cut anyway to get rid of the dead hair. Stay away from the chemical abuse for atleast a few months! Use good deep conditioner and try not to blow dry to iron it as much. The best thing to do is go to a hair place and ask for an opinion from a professional!

yes there is, now its called regan or something like that its in a blue bottle and you can get it at the hair salon, and it will last you a very long time, my hair is to my shoulders and i only have to use about a dime size on my palm, then you work it through from your roots to your ends, while your hair is wet( leave in conditioner) and that will help replenish your hair and protect it from further damage, also they have a new pantiprovee out there that helps repair damaged hair, so does dawn, good luck

attempt to no longer straighten your hair as plenty. I straighten my hair daily, and that i additionally use a warmth protectant, yet i'm getting chop up ends plenty too. I put in a great number of conditioner and depart it in for 10 minutes interior the bathe, rinse off with cool water, run a comb by using my hair, and put in depart in conditioner. attempt putting greater warmth protectant spray on the ends of your hair. additionally, look on Google for some categories of hair mask you're able to make at domicile with effortless aspects. wish I helped! stable success:)

Why want it too look and feel healthier instead of actually BEING healthy? Just cut off the bad ends and start taking care of your hair.

I'll say that
1- get your hair trimed regularly.
2-use a hair oil and egg as conditioners
3- check regularly that your hair are lice-free.
4- keep them tied up as much as possible.
5- use a good shampoo for sensitive hair.
6- dont shampoo your hair everyday, use it after one day unless your hair get oily everyday.
7- dont wash your hair with hot water, wash them with cold water and in case of winter use cold water mixed with very little hot water.

Ok mionese is good but I have never tried it myself.
use oil and egg seperately.
when you use the egg donnt wash your hair with shampoo or the effect will be vanished. egg is a cure for dandruff. and smell will disappear when your hair dry.
