Okay okay, here I go. Long time ago, I saw these bald dudes on t.v. A commercial that is, and like they use this spraying thing on their heads...and like *poof* the hair...just... 'got sprayed' on there...
and I find kinda...awkward, what do you guys think? (btw, i didnt feel like putting my real yahoo thing up so made up a stupid id)

i got a perm on tuesday morning and between now and then i rinsed it with tomato juice (to get the smell out), and rinsed it in the shower with cool water twice. i am afraid i have relaxed it too much! i know all about what happens to the hair during a perm and why you can't wash it but how is rinsing it?

It's still to dark I need a good brand BLONDE that worked with tones and highlights... I'm just going to put over the dark parks and roots......
I've used Nice and easy in the past and it worked great, but there a re some many new things out there I'd like to hear the GOOD and the BAD....
The ones that didn't work well before were REVLON and FERIA, but whos knows maybe they've gotten better now Or maybe nice and easy sucks now?

Im 15 1/2 and I have dark brown hair. I would really love to get blonde or carmel highlights but my dad disapproves greatly of it. Any suggestions on naturally lightening it. Or maybe even some way to convince him that dying your hair is normal. (he's seen many people whos highlights turned out bad and look as if they were "skunks" so he thinks thats what everyones will look like)
