You could try doing things that make you more active but not exactly exercise. Like taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I hate exercising but I work on the 12th floor. So every morning I took he stairs up to work. Even when i go slow It only took me 4 mins. And I ran down the stairs to go out for lunch, and to go home. Going down is nothing... you won't even notice that it's exercise.
It was hard at first but I since I was taking the stairs, I always had an excuse for being late and people were so impressed that I took the stairs that no one noticed I was late.
After a month, people were telling me I lost weight...

Well, for starters, the word is 'lose'. When you misplace something, you have lost it, not 'loost' it. Capitalize the beginning letter of a sentence, and it should be 'How do you...'. Okay? Points for the question mark, though.
And the answer is, you really can't. Not if you want to look good. If you don't want to go to the gym or run, I suggest you either start doing kickboxing or an aerobics/yoga program. There are DVDs for it. If neither of those appeal, buy DDR and a dance pad. They've got a calorie burner 'workout mode' thing.

Weight Watchers. Although of course exercising will definitely speed up the wt loss kicked off by weight watchers. But I have known ppl to follow just the WW points system faithfully and lose wt w/o exercising.

the best way to lose weight is to exercise. u must eat correctly & allow ur system 2 get use 2 healthier foods and lots of water. another thing is make sure u dont eat late at night. u will then start losing weight. make exercising fun then u will have no problem doing it.

you can lose weight without exercise although you will gain the weight back if you don't. Try replacing your meals with a Weight Watchers, Lean Cuisine, or Healthy Choice frozen meal-especially for lunch and dinner and you will see the results. Its all about portion control.

You must reduce your caloric input, what you eat, to less than your caloric expenditure, how much energy you body burns. EAT LESS. The trick is to ingest all your needed vitamins and nutrients within the calories you consume. Eat five separate fruits and vegetables daily and a little fat or oil. Keep your calorie input low.
