is it ok to leave in a little bit of conditioner in your hair..?

im a guy and my hair is really thick, and hair to manage, sometimes it curls on its own.. so today while taking a shower i used conditioner and i didnt wash all of it out.. just left a incy wincy bit in.. is this ok or do you have to wash it all out..

how do you get a dread out?

I have a hair wrap and one dread, because of a hair wrap. at the top it has become such an ugly mess of a dread, i am curious if there is any way to get them out without having to shave my whole head? I am ok with cutting all my hair...but no shaving.

hair coloring question?

I dyed my hair lighter,but the bottom of my hair is darker due to less sun exposure...I want to even it out.
so,if I bleach my hair on the bottom,then reapply the dye,will this work? or should I apply bleach over my entire hair?
I know I can go to a specialist but would like to try on my own.

hi im 2o years old female, and i have a big problem of my falling hair.?

i used to have thick hair but now it suddenly becomes thin.. i wanna restore my hair, i've used different shampoo to strenthen my hair, but no one works. when i was 16-18 i used to go on a salon to have my hair relaxed cause it is wavy and i wanted it straight.. now i iron my hair almost everyday... i don't know what to do. i'm too young to have falling hair and it is really bothering me... can someone help me pls.. thank you

The hair is choppy, layered and textured, much more elaborately than that of a buzzer and a pair of scissors.

My hair is naturally the brownish color that asian guys dye their hair, I'm just wondering if th egeneral public thinks it'd fit the imagine and physique of a white male. Asians generally have a flatter face, different cheek bones smaller nose, different eyeshape, rounder head, and all over all cleaner look, because of clearer skin and less facial hair. So I've turned a simple question into a drawn out one. And I just got De Ja Vu for some reason, but that's not the topic that I want you to discuss.

I need prof. help with a bad perm?

I got a perm a week ago today. I was told i was getting a spiril perm but found out they gave me a gemini perm. My hair is 25" long. Very thick. They said on wednesday when i got it done to wait til saturday to wash it. I waited and washed. By monday, from the top of my head to the bottom of my ear, i have no perm. I also have a patch about 4" by 2" where the hair broke about a centimeter from my head. I pretty much have destroyed hair. Any advice for going after the company. They want me to come in tomorrow night to take a look at it buy i dont want them to fix it. I found another pro. salon that will fix it. They are fighting with me about my refund. They said since it was my first time getting a perm that they shouldnt be held liable for the damage. I never signed a waiver. And if thats the case they should have denied me based on the fact that they didnt know how to perm my hair

How to get great "lift" in the back of my hair...?

I have meduim long hair, cut in long layers. My hair is natrually curly ( more wavy than curly) but I wash with straigtening shampoos and products and straighten it out evertime. My question is this. How do I get my hair to not lay flat against the shape of my head??? I've heard that blowdrying your hair helps but thats not an option for me since my hair is so frizzy and curly anyway. Is there a certain way I should get it cut at the top to give it that "bigness" Im looking for??? Also, I dont want to "tease" my hair in the back so please dont suggest that. I need to know what tecniques or cuts that I should go with to get the look I want... thanks!
