It coudl be stress related. Being on a diet also causes hair to fall. Take multivitamins and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Good luck!

First, you have to relax. Your stress plays a big factor to your hair's health.
You have to stop using the iron everyday. The excessive heat is too much for your hair. Instead of using heavy chemical shampoos to "strengthen" your hair, try to go natural. Gentle shampoos are better. Use every other day. Condition your hair daily. Don't take hot showers. Tepid is better.
Aloe Vera is great with restoring hair. Research online where you can get natural aloe vera. My mom did it for me when I was a child and I had really thing hair.
Also take it easy on the salon trips to relax your hair, too much chemical again ruins its growth and interrups the balance.
good luck.

You can try adding 1 or 2 tablespoons of Flaxseed oil to your diet each day. I did this when my hair was acting weird due to hormonal changes. if it's falling out in chunks it might be a thyroid problem so you might want to get a blood test from a doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels. Adding kelp to your diet will help too. Both products ccan be found at your local healthfood store. Also eating fish 2 or 3 times a week will help feed your hair. Good luck.

The best is Nioxin, a bionutrient cleanser and scalp therapy, that you can use daily. Also, make sure your using a thermal product before you blow dry (or air dry) and iron your hair. Putting products in your hair will definitely protect it. I'm a cosmetologist for 12 years. Good luck.

Your diet can have a lot to do with your hair. Vitamin, minerals and essential fatty acid deficiencies will show up as hair loss, lost luster etc...as we get older(30's and up) our Pituitary Gland slows down its production of HGH, our ovaries aren't producing as much estrogen and progesterone and we start losing our hair! Over doing the chemicals and daily use of hair appliances can damage our hair also. Prescription drugs such as birth control pills and others can also cause hair loss.

if you hair is falling out there are a few options, try an oil like biosilk when ever you hair is wet. if you would like to straighten your hair try using oversized curlers and air dry if possible. the heat can also be the culpret in the brittleness. Anouther option is taking maternity vitamins. It sound funny but it really works. good luck!

eat more vitamins. B12 and Biotin are the ones to take for hair. In about 2 months you'll see a difference. Also, your nails will grow better too. And stop ironing it- you're frying it off

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMK7S While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

only shampoo your hair one a week and don't put heat on it so much. Your hair is thin because you damaged it. Use entesive conditioner every week and use a leave in conditioner every day.
