I wish that I could show you a video of Pres. Jacque Chirac of France = the funniest thing that you have ever seen -his facial expressions when he's speaking with animated eyebrows to accent his speech. Really funny (smile) I couldnt believe it when I first saw it but he does it all of the time.

Same reason you have a sun visor on your car. Filters out the sun, or maybe thats just your eyelashes.

There is absolutely no reason for it, as a matter of fact I shave mine every day and every one else should too. I recommend waxing or threading.

Just like your eyelashes, they are there to protect your eyes from foreign objects and sunlight. Kinda like nosehair protects you from inhaling foreign particles.

I believe it is a protection for your eyes, just like your eye lashes are.
