There is a shampoo and conditioner brand called Ultra Swim. I used it when my hair turned green after a long swim season and it put the moisture in my hair and my hair was back to blonde. You can get it at most drug stores or at http://www.drugstore.com/

First off, the person who said that their is no shampoo to get rid of chlorine, is not salon litterite. You can either go to a salon and buy a clarifying shampoo (Regis designline). Paul Mitchell also has a shampoo and I believe it is shampoo 2. Most salons also have a product called a Malibu treatment and usually cost $10. They do it for you which is very good to your hair because it takes out all the bad junk and replaces the proteins that you lack in your hair. Smells very good too. I recommend that if you have a smartstyle inside any super walmart store near you, you may purchase the products above. Also you can use a leave in conditioner and apply before going in a pool to help protect your hair against chlorine build up.

There is not a shampoo you can buy to remove chlorine from your hair. You can however try using a clarifying 'poo. It might help remove some of the "green" I have had people tell me that they have used a paste made from water and vitamin C crystals, which you can get at any GNC. Next time try putting conditioner in your hair BEFORE you go in the water, put it on dry hair, it will prevent your hair from absorbing chlorine from the water.

Go to a beauty supply store....ask for a clarifying shampoo...it will remove minerals, hard water, chlorine....anything that can damage your hair. You only need to use it once or twice a week, not everytime you wash your hair.
